When you book your appointment, we will ask for a credit card to hold it. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no shows, will be charged 100% of the services booked. 

This policy gives us time to contact guests on our waiting list, as well as maximize our stylists’ time, and ultimately better serve everyone.

On the day of your appointment, please arrive by your scheduled time. If you’re running late, please let us know. We will strive to do the same, and will accommodate you whenever possible.

To maintain the best experience in our small space, we kindly ask you do not bring additional guests with you. 

For their safety, children under 10 are not permitted on the premises.

We offer complimentary snacks and beverages during your appointment. Think of something that would make your time with us even better? We’d love to hear about it!


We want you to love your hair. 

If for any reason you’re unhappy, please let us know right away. Any necessary adjustments must be completed within 2 weeks of the original service.

We accept all major credit cards. Please, no personal checks.
