Ryan Taylor

Here visionary and founder, Ryan grew up accompanying their mom to the salon and redoing models make up in fashion magazines with crayola markers. They attended the Aveda Institute, and later became an Aveda cutting and color educator. Bringing 16 years of experience, Ryan has worked under and alongside some of the industry’s greats, and spent time on the lower east side in NYC specializing in curly styles, shags, and chic curtain bangs. Ryan is passionate about creating affirming styles for people of all genders on hair of all lengths, and their specialities include lived-in razor cuts, bespoke fades, and natural and dimensional hair color. When they aren’t working, you can find Ryan hanging out with their standard poodle, Astro, traveling, or indulging in their lifelong love of cars and vintage treasure.

Elaina brings a lifetime of passion and creativity to the table—starting with her love of braiding as a child, she grew up the “hair friend”, and attended Paul Mitchell right after high school. Elaina has been styling professionally since 2019 and has trained under master stylists specializing in extensions, balayage, razor cuts, and more. She loves doing all types of hair but has developed a passion for cutting bangs, shags, and textured, cool, and genderless styles. Elaina’s greatest feeling behind the chair is seeing her clients light up with new found confidence when they tap into the coolest and most authentic version of themselves. In her free time you can find Elaina trying out new recipes, working on a crochet project, or immersed in the local music and art scene.

Madison has been passionate about hair since graduating the Aveda Institute in 2016. Since then, she’s specialized in blonding, balayage, dimensional brunettes, and extensions—including hand-tied and keratin bonds. She also loves razor cutting for creating soft, lived-in textures. Madison thrives on building genuine relationships with her clients, and creating a space where they feel comfortable, confident, and excited about their hair. Whether you’re looking for seamless color, effortless layers, or added length and volume, Madison is here to bring your vision to life. When not behind the chair, you can find her thrifting, tending to her 300 plus plants, spending time with her dog or cat, or creating content for her YouTube channel.
